Manually remove command center folders and files from registry and everywhere else Windows 7 Ultimate. Area 51 ALX.

Hello, The command center Application on my computer became corrupted many times in the past.Tried many times to reinstall it from Dell website but as usual, in just a matter of days becomes a dysfunctional dead husk, and even conflicts with other applications, and makes my computer run slow. Having had enough. I decide to uninstall it, then reinstall it so I can get it to work just long enough to program the lighting, and case vents the way I want them to operate, forever programming the firmware on the I/O control board. then uninstall the application. never to give it another chance. Now that the bulk of  it is gone via add and remove programs, it has left behind i'ts corrupted junk files in other areas continuing to wreak havoc on my computer. Please give me a list of instructions directing me where to go to find these folders,files and delete them. Many Many Thanks!!!
