M17xR4 Command (Media) Buttons not working - Win 10
Hello to any and all who read and/or help with this issue.
Firstly, before any moderators state the obvious - Yes I know Win 10 is not validated for M17xR4
I have a M17xR4 with Windows 10 Pro Build 1607 installed, everything is running great except for the eject and Command Centre buttons on the media board (Above the keyboard on the right hand side)
All other media buttons work except for these two, funny thing is the eject button works during boot up but will not work in windows, so it's definitely windows 10 screwing it up somehow.
I've tried all versions of OSD and Command Centre from M17xR3 to AW17 R1 with no luck, I've even reverted the system BIOS back to A11 because I read some people had fixed their issue with this BIOS revision.
Also tried both UEFI and Legacy - No joy.
As far as I can tell there were only two motherboard revisions for this model A00 and A01 - Does anyone know of any others?
Or any fix's?
Cheers and thanks.

Issue fixed.
Installed A13 system BIOS (Fixed Command Centre button)
Installed firmware update for DVD player - HD10 to HD12 (Fixed eject command button)

Hopefully, someone with this machine will answer.
Personally, I would use latest BIOS and only drivers for M17xR4.
Have you tried uninstalling existing driver and clean-installing the latest Win7 or Win8 64bit drivers in Compatibility Mode?

Hi Tesla - Yes tried that.
I know win 10 works without any issue on some, I suspect more than one vendor has manufactured these and it depends on which board you get.
Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the different vendors? Is it part of the PPID?
