LED on side are dimmer on the left than on the right

I purchased my Alienware just now and the LEDs on the left of side of my screen are dimmer then all the other LEDs. It  expecially pink. It is less visible in the pictures, but still you can kinda see the left side is dimmer then right side. I already had too many problems with the purchase procedure and the irresponsive Dutch Dell Support crew. I am really starting to loose my shit here. 1.5k euro I expect this to work 110%
