I have no volume on streaming video until I refresh the page on chrome. Does anyone have this problem or have a solution? I have an Alienware 17 R4.
The only way to get sound on streaming video is to refresh the page or mute the sound and then unmute it.

Then cache needs to be cleared. This is a cookie setting. Streaming Video is quite vague. You did not list what os or what version of chrome etc. You should also do chrome://help and update as well as chrome://components and update.
The forum is not Chrome Support nor is it support for any particular streaming video site.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, Chrome Version 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) (64-bit), and watching Watch Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network Online | Fox News.

This is a support service related question for a site that requires LOGIN.

We've made the switch to playing HTML5 videos by default on Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
This means videos should load faster, stream at a higher quality and be
a better experience with less errors than when we were using Flash.
However, for users on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, Flash is still the default.
For issues with HTML5 video, please disable Adobe Flash Player located in your browser's add-ons.

Obviously, you have to login with the cable subscription's credentials, but after that ...
It works fine for me in Chrome. I just click the videos and they play fine.
Maybe one of your Extensions is interfering ?
