Help me find my bios.

How can I enter the Bios of my M17x R3? 

No option appears on startup, there's also no option within boot or setup. Anyone have the same laptop and experience the same issue?

If I download the latest bios update (it already has it installed) and "update" it with it, would that give me access?

I'm trying to overclock my cpu as the max core frequency is way below what it should be, as you can see in the photo. Any help with clarifying that that should be higher would be great. It has been benchmarked wthin the UTX and Cinebench, no improvement to the Frequency.

I'm new to optimizing and tweaking computers in this way so some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
