GTX 1070 error code 43 - Alienware R4 2017

Hello Guys

I recently bought a Alienware R4 2017 at MicroCenter Westmont in Chigado area, but I am from Brazil and had to bring the laptop with me.

I was playing BF1 when suddenly I got some artifacts and a BSOD, after that the VGA (GTX 1070) appears with code 43, I already did all the procedures but the vga is not being activated.

On Dell Diagnostics (BIOS) or even thru the Dell support website tests they dont find the error because the system keep testing the integrated graphics.

I did a new installation of the windows, restore, but the vga is not being activated, I see only the warning message on device manager, so I believe the motherboard needs to be replaced.

I need to transfer the warranty from US to be in Brazil, how can I do that? and also if there is something else to be done, please advise.

Thanks

Hi stefanomaviega‌,

You need to fill out this form:

https://www.dell.com/support/assets-transfer/br/pt/brcorp1?dgc=SM&cid=287393&lid=5523608#/Identify

Once the transfer is completed, you can send me a private message with the service tag so I can help you with this or you can contact your local support.

With that now they can proceed with the local support.
