Got a new Alienware 15 R3 with Windows 10 and want to do a factory reset. How?

Hi,

I have an Alienware 15 R3 and I would like to know the "official" way to do a factory reset please.

I want to erase everything and have it startup again as if it was just out of the box (if possible).

I assume this will install all drivers and Alienware utilities?

Also, I paid for 3 years of Antivirus which worked nicely out of the box. Does anyone know what will happen to this if I do a factory reset? I would hope it will continue to work, but not sure add-ons like this become part of the restore partition contents?
