Estimated Delivery Date 06/09
Placed an order for an Aurora R6 on 5/31 and my order is still sitting in Confirmed status.
Every time I call and speak to someone their reply is different. I was even told once last week that my order is ready and will ship the following day, obviously that wasn't true. I paid for expedited shipping and the delivery dates were from 6/9 - 6/12 (today). I've been on other forums and reddit with some people have reported receiving their orders or being shipped. Is there anything I can do? Feel like I'm just getting the run around or "I can't do anything" from everyone I talk to. Very frustrating..

I dont know how to post a question on here but maybe someone can help me out.. but my command center keeps going bad doesnt want to load keeps saying is not responding and to close and the lights on the side of the board turned off.

Having just gone through this myself a few months back (when I purchased my Aurora-R6) I agree the "order status" steps need work. In fact, I have made a formal recommendation through my channels.
They need to have an Order Status step called "In Production" or "Being Built" or similar (like they used to have before).
Right now, there is only:
Confirmed
Shipped
Delivered
Canceled
As it stands now, there is no way to know if your order is past the "money and/or financing part" and is indeed actually being Kitted / Built / Assembled. Did the Credit Card you used authorize the charge or not? We all know, if it's actually being Built, it has been "paid for" or the charge was authorized.
I'll also add that my monitor shipped quickly by itself, and the Aurora-R6 arrived days before its estimated time.
