Drivers & downloads site not working anymore?
I regularly check the 'Drivers and downloads' section on the Product Support site and since a few days this is not working anymore and I get the message: "The product you've selected does not have or require updates".
Normally I could see all the different drivers and applications that could be downloaded for my system (AW15 R3).
And when I try to use the 'Guide me' it want to install Dell System Detect, but security setting on my system won't allow this the be installed.
I asked on another forum (Dutch) and other people are experiencing the same
Is the Drivers & downloads section 'broken'?

Hi ,
Yes, there is a problem with the 15R3 drivers page, we are working on it. Hopefully it will be solved soon.

I use this Dell Product Support page for accessing my Alienware / Dell products.
http://downloads.dell.com/published/pages/#all-products
Under Select your Small & Medium Business choose Laptops then Alienware 15 R3.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip! The page worked again yesterday, so Dell must have fixed it.:-)

It must be down again because it keeps telling me I need to install the same 2 drivers I already installed.
