AW17R3 Keyboard Backlight

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible for the AW17R3 to have its backlit keyboard light up only when I press a key, and for the light to shut off after some period of inactivity?

Hi,

You can set up an inactivity timer, but this will control ALL the lights and not just the keyboard ones (you won't be able to do it with just for keyboard lights) 

 

To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Right click on the alien head at the system tray.
  • Go to Inactivity timer.
  • Choose your preferred time or set a custom time.
