Aurora R6 lights not working after maintenance by a technician

Hi, all!

My Aurora R6 lights (right side and power button) are not working after a Dell technician swapped the motherboard. The light on the left side is working though, colors can be changed via the Alienware software, so there are no problems on that level.

I have already booked it to be sent to their depot to be fixed but maybe there's a quick fix. Is there any connector that has to be connected to the motherboard the technician might have forgotten to plug in?
