Aurora R5 cpu cooling upgrades

This is my first time upgrading a computer and I'm trying to find details about upgrading my cooler.

These are the ones i'm thinking of getting, https://www.arctic.ac/us_en/alpine-20-plus-co.html , Freezer 12 CO | CPU Cooler | ARCTIC ,https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VRPfrH/arctic-cooling-cpu-cooler-freezer7prorev2 ,https://pcpartpicker.com/product/hmtCmG/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2 .

I just need to know if they are able to fit.

On Top of that are there any tips or cpu coolers that people would recommend?

I7-6600k > i5 6600k is socket 1151 for SkyLake / KabyFlake. Any heatsink or liquid cooling retention kit needs to be compatible with skt 1151, some in your shoppin glist were, others weren't. Next, you must choose something that is low-profile (due to the compact nature when the PSU is closed shut). Several on your shopping list looked tall. Basically, all non-liquid cooled models are using the standard issue Intel heatsink that comes boxed with a brand new CPU > https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=ALIENWARE&LH_PrefLoc=1&_sop=10&_oac=1&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=intel+socket+1151+heatsink+fan&_sacat=0 . You can measure the height of yours, then look online for a 'low profile' 1151 heatsink, example:

I would wait for other member-owners to chime in with their advice. My advice, your best bet is Aurora Liquid Cooling Kit when available > http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/aurora-liquid-cooling-kit/apd/412-aajj/pc-accessories/

Another idea, Area-51 R2 liquid cooler, part# K31VH > https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p3984.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.XK31VH.TRS0&_nkw=K31VH&_sacat=0

Other results are Corsair H75 or H60 H55 or similar AIOs

if a heatsink / coldplate doesn't come with thermal paste, apply your own (Arctic Silver 5 is a minimum)

+1 to this Asetek-made for Alienware OEM Part.

Nice find, I didn't know they had added this to Dell store. Reasonably priced as well I see.

As ‌ says, next choice would be Alienware part that most closely resembles it (possibly an Area51-R2 liquid cooler).

Third choice would be a Corsair unit using the same base Asetek technology. Problem there, is it might not have the proper Alienware Aurora-R5 connectors pre-installed or hoses the optimal length.

Wow thanks, the Cryorig looks pretty good but if I have enough budget I'll probably go for the Alienware liquid cooling upgrade
