Hello! My Alienware 15 r3 began to constantly hang. I can play games or just listen to music, surf the Internet and then crash. The problem arose from the purchase. Below is an error from the Windows log :

I reinstalled the driver and checked the file for the virus. Modifications of the files also do not.
Help please, very annoying.

You have corrupted files, Bad Version of software, Bad Realtek Driver, malware, or possible physical damage to your hard drive.
Event ID: 1000
Faulting application name: AUDIODG.EXE
Faulting module name: NAHIMICV3apo.dll
Faulting application path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\AUDIODG.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\NAHIMICV3apo.dll
This issue occurs when virus infected versions of the NAHIMICV3apo.dll file are running under the AUDIODG.EXE process.
This is neither DELL NOR MICROSOFT Software.

1. Open a Command Window in Administrator mode:
* clickStart
* click All Programs, thenAccessories
* right click on the Command Prompt option,
* on the drop down menu which appears, click on the Run as Administratoroption.
* If you haven’t disabled User Account Control (and you shouldn’t!) you will be asked for authorisation. Click the Continue button if you are the administrator or insert the administrator password.
2. Start the System File Checker
* In the Command Prompt window, type:sfc /scannow,
* press Enter.
* You’ll see “the system scan will begin”.

Other than scorched earth reinstall there isn't any other support. Its a windows 10 issue. You have to UNISTALL the drivers and REMOVE the files then reinstall after rebooting 2 times.
