AreA 51 r2 OS drive

  Ive been having a blast with my AreA51  r2.  I never understood the Storage setup with the ssd (small )  and the 

hdd combo. They weren't so obvious in how one would most enjoy their configuration, in  that you choose which of your 

programs/files etc  were stored where.

  So I built a raid OS with 2 4tb  hdds. (WesternDigital), then played some with acceleration options.  This is quite nice,

and performance is what I expected.  The deal is I found the need to try and be mainstream  with my storage and attempted to replace the 4tb hdds, with 2 x 1tb  ssds. Installing a clean windows on the 2 tb RAID. (uefi pony)

So I did but the boot manager @ f12 never saw the OS as uefi  installation and legacy was only available. 

Now  I never did any firmware update to the ssd's  so even though they are crucial m300 series this could be

the result. It would be a hassle to install the ssd's empty and update with the firmware manger, then reinstall ALL to the 

slots where the existing hdds are, so I can't believe it.  Anyone know whats wrong with ssds in RAID?
