Are FX and command center issues related to win 7?

Hi everyone  i have some troubles with my alienware 17R2 laptop, a few months ago i sent it in to support and they replace the motherboard and other stuff but  when i receive back its appears as an 15 model, they try to fix it by a bios update and somehow my computer stop working.

Today fter a lot of troubles finally its working it takes 2 new motherboards,  but my fx and command center didn’t work, now  tech support  told me that is because some compatibility issue with win 7 I use Wind 7 Pro,  once I update to win 10 but experience a lot of issues like a dimmed screen and stuff like that. Anyone experience something similar that could give some advice.

Attach an image ot the message i get.

Hello ‌ and ‌,

Sounds like the depot needs to slow down a bit. All this effort to get machines shipped in and repaired, but machines are not getting fully tested before returning. To improve customer satisfaction, sounds like you should recommend:

At the very least, test operation of Alienware Command Center and any OSD. Or,

- Clean install Windows. The license is already there since it's a Dell motherboard. They can go get some coffee or something.

- Check Device Manager for errors

- Run Dell Update if they must (really in a hurry)

- Install and test Alienware Command Center (to be sure MIO-Device is active).
