Alienware x51 GTX 1060 FE 6GB overheating after Windows re-install

I just ran GPU-Z and MSI Afterburner, my GPU was hitting 100°C within a few moments of running any game. I tried re-seating GPU but nada. This just started happening when I re-installed Windows.

I just did a re-install of Windows 7 and now my graphics card is performing horribly slow. I've updated ALL drivers (Used Driver Booster and confirmed updates via Device Manager). The only games I really play are Pillars of Eternity & PlayerUnknowns Battlgrounds. Two days ago before I had to reinstall Windows, I could run these games on Ultra settings at 4K resolution and have 70+ FPS. Now, even on LOW settings and 1080p resolution, FPS starts at 60 then drops down to 9-10 and stays there. The reason I had to do a reinstall of Windows was because I ran AVG Tuneup and it screwed my registry up. I saved all game/personal data on other partition and just re-installed on C drive.

My Alienware X51 also has an onboard Intel HD video card. However, in BIOS I have discrete graphics card enabled which is my GTX 1060.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
