Alienware graphic amplifier not successfully connected
I bought the Alienware Graphic amplifier this week and set up everything yesterday. However every time i turn on the alienware alpha with the AGA already connected, the light on AGA turns on for one second and immediately turns off. The AGA is basically not connected to the console successful. I have tried several times and it does not work. Not sure if it is the cable's issue or something wrong with the AGA itself.

Hi,
It is usually on the back of the system in a white sticker or on the side panels, it is a 7 digit alpha-numeric number.
