Alienware factory disks.

I have an Alienware 17R3 and in Dec 2016 I tried to recover my pc from factory settings 

and got it back to factory settings but the amplifier was not recognised so I reset the pc and now there are not apps and the pc runs nothing like the day I got it.

I have tried to make windows creation tool on usb

 sticks and have tried to download apps off the dell website but not all of them are there and my pc does not run properly with the basic windows

I have been told by dell technicians that I just need to install drivers and windows but it's not like how it was before.

I now have no factory settings on my computer because it was overwritten and I don't have all my apps.

 Is there anyway I can just obtain I factory disk off Alienware this is really stressing me out and I've been without a functioning computer for 7 months 

i don't mind if the disks cost I just want to get it sorted.

i never got sent any factory disks with my pc.
