Alienware Aurora R3 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hi, this is my first post, and also first time owning an Alienware computer or even a gaming computer for that matter.

My PC keeps crashing to a blue screen several times a day, with the error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR". I can be playing a game, listening to music or just browsing the internet and it will crash randomly.

I thought it might be a hard drive issue, so I bought a new SSD. For the first day I didn't a crash, so I thought it was fixed. Then it started crashing again. I'm quite a noob at this so I don't know what I should do. I spent 200$ at my local PC store to try to fix this, and they said they don't know what it could be. They also said it didn't crash while they worked on it. So yeah I'm pretty bummed having spent a grand on this set-up and I can't even use the PC for a day without it blue screening on me.

When I first got the PC, it was on the original Windows 7 and it never crashed then. But I didn't use it much while it was on Windows 7 because I was waiting to get it formated before I started really using it.

I downloaded BlueScreenView to gather info about my crashes, but like I said I don't know much about this.

Please, please help. Thanks.
