How do I find my system model and revision?
It is running Windows 10 and is a Dell.

Your system is an X51 R1, this computer does not support Command Center on Windows 10 (no driver for Windows 10) so that's why these type of issues may arise.
You can try by uninstalling and reinstalling the Command Center in a proper way following ALL the steps on this article:
How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center | Dell US
And this is the driver you'll need to use: Command Center 3.5 for Desktops Driver Details | Dell US
