Alienware 17 Laptop HELP???

Ok, I have put my service tag in to support to try and find out what "R" model I have of the Alienware 17 laptop and it still doesn't tell me! I've searched the internet for more than 2 weeks trying to discover my model with no luck at all. I don't know if it's R1, R2, R3, etc. or if it's an R model anything at all. Can anyone help me with this. Here's what it shows when I put my service tag # in:
"Computer Model Alienware 17"

Then it gives me all my components in. I am running I5-4210M, 2.6, 37W CPU. I'm trying to see if I can buy the Graphics Amplifier for my laptop but have no clue whether I'm compatible or not. HELP??? Thanks anybody and everybody if you could help!

Unfortunately, you have the Alienware 17-R1 which does not have the required Alienware Graphics Amplifier port on the rear.

Dang! Ok thanks Chris. Can I ask you 1 more question then? Can I upgrade the CPU to a quad core i7 CPU since I can't do the graphics amplifier?

Validated CPU and Dell part numbers. Call Dell Spare Parts 1-800-357-3355 and ask for prices and availability of the Dell part number. Or simply search the web for the part number.
