Alienware 17 A Brick

Well after purchasing my Alienware 17 back in  July 11, 2013 I had the motherboard fry on me in 1 month after the warranty expired. Paid for a motherboard which was a refurbish one with an 90 day warranty at which time I asked for them to honor it longer as it is a refurbish one and not a new MB. They informed me nope sorry only 90 day unless you want to purchase an longer warranty. So as predicted one month later the second mother board almost caught fire and blew black smoke every ware. I complained about how this almost caught fire and got a cold shoulder from tech support I then sent the unit back in to be repaired which then came back to me smelling like burnt electronic components.

I phone tech support again and complained and this is were I finally had some good interaction with the technician that cared. He said mail it back to us and we will look into it and even asked for my video's about how it almost caught fire.

Now comes the biggest issue today the motherboard fried again this is now number 3 gone 2 years, believe it or not it was December 11, 2015 that the second one went and by the time I got my 3rd motherboard back it was in January 13, 2016. So called Tech support again and found out that I am now out of luck for replacement parts, fine I kind of expected that but to have 3 motherboards go within 2 years is beyond comprehension and stated to the tech that after spending the kind of money I did on this system that at least a significate discount should be offered to me. Of course I get the brush off and on top of it all I just purchase a power adapter for my laptop because the other one was going. 

After this experience and the lack of offering me anything for my troubles how can I recommend an Aienware to anyone.
