Alienware 15 R3 - Wifi Dropping
Hi,
I have an Alienware 15 R3 I'm having problems on the wifi connection. - If I connect in the 2,4ghz network everything works. - If I connect in the 5.0ghz network the connection is falling all the time.
Has anyone ever experienced this ? I'm having the latest driver installed.

Hi YgorMuniz,
Try installing the latest driver from our site if you're using Killer, or from Killer if you're using ours.
Or the router may need a change.

Hi Eimy,
My alienware has a Killer 1535 card and has the latest driver installed. I have several devices and only alienware has problem with the 5 ghz connection.

As I told you if you have the latest driver from our website, then try the latest one from the Killer's website.

Hi Eimy,
I downloaded the driver from the killer site and it did not solve the problem. Any possible extra solution ?

Have you try the system on a different network?
