Alienware 15 r3 crashing problem
Hi Did anybody have a problem with system crashing on Alienware 15 r3? I have this problem with my laptop and I thought that its might be faulty as I'm using it just one week. But after research I found out wit the tool called whocrashed that its caused by one of the mcafee drivers. Did anybody of You experienced that? One crash was caused by windows as well. Does this still indicate that I can have some hardware issues?

Hi pyncz,
Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.
Also make sure the BIOS is up to date.

in games. I'm getting cpu tem about 92-95 after 3 min of gaminng...

the Temps are really too high. re-paste the Thermal Paste can help here. you can find some Tutorials on Youtube if you want to try it yourself.

no. your Warranty is fine. Dell Tech Support even asks you to open your Laptop sometimes.
another Option is call Dell Support and ask them to re-paste the Thermal Paste for you.
or just send it back if you don't want to deal with that Stuff..

It a brand new laptop. Are You sure I should do anything by myself not just
send it back to dell? What about my warranty I dont think its normal that
it has so hi temperatures. And if I repaste I will void my warranty?
