Alienware 13 r3 screen replacement

I just bought the Alienware 13 r3 off eBay. It's a month old. I got it really cheap but I want to do a screen upgrade because I'm almost positive it has a tn panel in it. I haven't received it yet but all of the other specs on it are base so I figured this would be too. I was hoping someone knew of a place online for me to buy the oled screen of the r3 model. The oled also comes with a touchscreen on the Dell website. Would I be able to use that? There would be a spot on the mobo to plug it in since it's the same hardware just different screen right? That's what I'm assuming. Thanks for your help.
