Alienware 13 R1 loses video driver after rebooting.

Hello all. I have a 13 R1 that seems to be losing its video driver after rebooting, sometimes even after waking up from sleep mode. I have had a few occasions where is get the BSD with a video ram error as well.  I can reinstall the driver and every thing works fine until shutting down, or closing the lid. Here is what I have done:

Used display driver uninstaller to remove geforce drivers.

Installed latest Nvidia driver.

Clean installed Windows 10.

Updated all drivers including bios from dell except video drivers.

Any ideas on what could be going on?  My feeling is this is a hardware issue, but before finding a mother board to swap I'd like to see if there is a software fix.

First  Turn the power profile to HIGH Performance. 2nd  Change PCI-E Link State Power Management under PCI Express in the Power Management Options LIST to OFF or  from 20 minutes to 480 minutes. Change Hibernate to NEVER. The INTEL Graphics and Dell video driver are tightly integrated.  You cannot update one without updating the other. Windows updates routinely break this relationship.  DirectX June 2010 is recommended

Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from Official Microsoft Download Center

You download the file, Extract to a FOLDER, then run DXSETUP.EXE as adminstrator.

Guessing the EXACT version of windows 10 1511?, 1607?, 1703?, 1709? and Nvidia driver and Directx june 2010 or not and DOT NET 4.71 or not and and and and and other drivers is too many variables.  Event logs having 0x116 video TDR errors is not a good sign.
