XPS 13 9300 - Opening "Settings" Window Blanks Out USB-C to HDMI Output
Okay, I have a USB-C to HDMI connector which I output to TVs of various sizes. Every time I open the "settings" window (in which ever method I open whether it be right-clicking the desktop or clicking the right-side of the top menu) the HDMI output always blanks out for a good 5 seconds and then appears.
Also in "Screen Display" in "Settings", the "Fractional Scaling" constantly adjusts the scaling of the XPS 13 display even though I haven't pressed the green "apply" button.
Just some bug fix requests but yeah, I thought I'd post it here about it.

Both issues have been fixed with incremental updates.
