WiFi speed on Ubuntu extremely slow on Precision 5560

On my new Precision 5560 I'm running Ubuntu 22.04 (5.15.0-33-generic kernel) and my WiFi connection is extremely slow. I get ~13Mb/s of download and 20Mb/s of upload where the same test run on 3 years old Latitude 5400 series gives me way better results: (130Mb/s download, 125Mb/s upload).

Moreover when switched to Windows  Precision 5560 gives: 130Mb/s download, 125Mb/s upload so it's definately not a problem with my internet provider or the router I'm using. 

I've installed all the newest packages.
