When will the Dell XPS 13 (developer edition) with Ubuntu be available in Europe/Sweden?

We are on and off buying DELL XPS for our developers at work, with Ubuntu pre installed. Currently we can't select this option /Dell XPS, Ubuntu/ at the European website, at least not for Sweden. When will the Ubuntu offer be availble for purchase again?
