Recovery image currently unavailable error

Hello guys I am using dell Vostro 3581. I got a problem that is while I am searching for my Linux recovery image from dell official site it shows an error message "Recovery image currently unavailable". Why this error happens. Anyone please me to solve this error. My laptop comes with Ubuntu 18.04. Anyone sent a link to download my recovery image for my laptop. Please help me....

recovery images are not downloadable in embargo'd countries or behind a masking vpn.
