Precision 5540 webcam

I'm not sure where to start here, but the integrated webcam has been seemingly sporadic since I got this machine.

I have re-installed and put Ubuntu 19.10 on this machine.

I've been doing a lot more zoom from this machine lately, and I need it to be working.

Most of the time when I open Cheese I just see "No device found".

Every once in a while after a restart, it will all work fine, but only for a while.

Any suggestions?
