leaving a customer service review from a machine running Red Hat Linux Enterprise
Using all Dell resources, I assembled a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Precision 7750 laptop workstation + WD19DC dock. The system is certified by Dell to work with RHEL. However, the Dell-supplied RHEL dock driver installer fails. Unbelievably, Dell tech support's only recommendation is to switch from Linux to MS Windows! This is a shocking customer support fail.
I've not been able to find a Dell portal to report this issue.
