Latitude 5500, Ubuntu 20.04 is not booting
I recently purchased Dell Latitude 5500 with Ubuntu 18.04. I tried to install Ubuntu 20.04, the machine doesn’t boot, tried installing 18.04, it boot sometimes. I tried changing Bios settings couple of times but no luck. Is this a common issue? What is the solution? Do we have Dell modified Ubuntu 20.04?

A DELL-Cares agent sent you a private message on April 20, 2021 but never received a reply? He asked what was the specific boot error and for you to run the ePSA Diagnostics.
