Latitud 5430 keeps booting into BIOS after Ubuntu upgrade

A few minutes ago Ubuntu prompts me to do an upgrade from 22 to 24. It also do a firmeware update. After that it keeps booting into BIOS and I’m not able to boot into Ubuntu again. BIOS System logs shows first an Alert BIOS recovery triggered and then Firmware update succesaful.

AHCI is selected and I have also try disabling  Secure Boot

what can I do?
