Disk Partition for Ubuntu OS
I wish to install Ubuntu alongside with Windows 10.
However, do I do the partition stuff inside Windows 10 because Ubuntu live USB tool is unable to detect the entire 1TB SSD disk ?
Note: I have already turned off bitlocker and secure boot options inside the UEFI bootloader.

If it's the default Dell install of Windows, RAID is on -- see here:

It seems like the controller is RST-based ??

Yes, which is why you need to follow a RAID install (you can also change the system to AHCI mode, but note that if you do so, Windows won't then boot without being either reconfigured or reinstalled).

As shipped from Dell, the system is RST (RAID) ON. You either need to reconfigure the ubuntu install to accommodate this, or change the RAID mode to AHCI. Doing the latter will break the Windows installation unless you reconfigure Windows for AHCI mode. It's all detailed in the first link to ubuntu support I posted.
