Dell Xps 13 wont get passed dell logo when turning on

Recently I ran sudo apt update and upgrade on ubuntu and probably shouldn't have. I cannot click anything in my bios, my OS won't load AT ALL and just gets stuck on the dell screen for infinite amount of time. I have not had this labtop for week yet.
