Dell XPS 13 7390 camera not detected on Ubuntu 19.10

I have a problem with camera on Dell XPS 13 7390.

Camera not detected on system. 

Ubuntu wiki says that the camera on this laptop is not supported

How i can fix this problem and use camera on this laptop.
