Dell oem ubuntu in inspiron 3567 issue ?

I downloaded my ubuntu version from Dell OS Recovery Tool back when I had Windows 10 installed after that I did a full backup with the usb created in the process, I am wondering since it's the os shipped by dell for my laptop am I not supposed to have the Dell oem logo when I check system about it only shows ubuntu logo !? Aso when I check Dell Driver Installer it has empty package list is there anything wrong ?

 Shouldn't I have something like this picture ?
