Dell G16 7630 - Ubuntu 24.04 LTS fan speed control, keyboard heating

I installed Ubuntu 24 on my new Dell G16 7630. It looks like fans don't work before temperature of the cpu reaches 80 degrees. I tried to use i8kutils and dell-bios-fan-control as recommended here https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Fan_speed_control#Installation_2 but they have no effect. The keyboard gets to hot and not comfortable to use. On Windows it's solved by adjusting fan control with standard Dell's manager. I'd like it to start cooling at lower temperatures.  Has anyone managed to solve this issue on Ubuntu?
