Dell G15 5530 Ubuntu 24.04 LTS issues

Good afternoon. I bought the Ubuntu version of Dell G15 5530. The laptop came with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS in the factory default. https://ubuntu.com/certified/202212-31031

I tried to update it to latest version Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. After the installation, compatibility hardware problems began. There is a great temperature, the HDMI output does not work. Present issues with my (RTX4050) nVidia GN21-X2 pci (10de:28e1 1028:0bf7 ). Test all availible drivers, but not result.  Attempts to turn off the laptop in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS or nux Mint 22 Cinnamon are not possible, when laptop start from battery  - only a black screen and the message - error: out of memory.
The official website also no lacks any information about compatibility. We tried to install Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon Edition, the situation is identical, the drivers are missing, and the laptop is very hot. It is not possible to turn it off. When you turn it on, there is an error: out of memory. 
All these errors are not present on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or 6.0.0-1014-oem kernel

Combination of hardware doesn't play nicely with the linux 6.9 kernel only with with 22.04 LTS, running the 6.0.0-1014-oem kernel.

How find compatible drivers?
