Camera not detected in Ubuntu 18.04 (XPS 13 9360)

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 13 9360 I bought in 2018. At first the camera worked fine. Then support changed the keyboard and the camera started working intermittently. Now the camera is not detected at all. Skype and cheese do not see the camera.

I installed linux-generic-hwe-18.04 and xserver-xorg-hwe-18.04 and it still is not detected. I also tried using Grub to revert to Linux kernel 4.15.0 and 4.18.0, I am now on 5.3.0. In none of these cases the camera is detected in Skype and cheese.

Also tried updating the firmware using "fwupdmgr" and the firmware is all up to date.

Please help, I need the webcam for job interviews and working from home.
