BUG: XPS 15 9520 BIOS disallows use of 6 GHz Wi-Fi frequencies

I reported the bug to the Linux kernel, thinking it was Intel's wireless drivers that were the problem.

It was determined that the actual cause was the BIOS restricting the use of 6 GHz Wi-Fi.
Please check the kernel bug report for all my relevant system information.
Please release a working BIOS version.
