why windows defender say it administor

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
If you want FireWall and A/V etc there are other products in the Microsoft store, at Lo-Cost/No-Cost.
Avira, MalwareBytes etc.
