WD19S dock and 5550 laptops having issues with sleep

Problem is when you lock your screen or sleep your computer, after some time the dock will not wake the monitors like normal. Normally I should be able to hit the space bar on my keyboard or move the mouse and the computer wakes but I now have to un-plug the dock and re-plug it in.

both laptops are closed and connected to the WD19S dock, both docks have external monitors and keyboards and mice connected to them.

not sure if anyone else has had this issue or not.

Note: this issues just started happening about a week ago, nothing obvious has changed since then and both docks were working fine and wake-able before then

Two laptops in my organization so far are having this problem.

Both are Latitude 5550's

Other laptop:
BIOS ver. - 1.18.1
Dock firmware - 01.01.01.01
Dock driver - 10.0.22621.1

Hope can help you, I encountered the same issue when using my mokin hub before, their technical support resolved it for me:

[Power]--[Power Options]--[Choose a time to turn off the monitor]--[Put the computer to sleep]-[Select Never].

When the laptop  enters standby or sleep mode for a long time, computer's motherboard, graphics card, processor, and other components require time to wake up and resume working.
After returning to the power on state, dock needs to be unplugged and replugged to be recognized.
