URGENT: Laptop stopped working after Dell Driver update 0.1.46.0

Since installing the Dell Driver update 0.1.46.0 yesterday my laptop doesn't work anymore! What is the solution? All updates are up to date, temp files deleted, enough memory space, etc. the laptop worked perfectly prior the update. How can the update be uninstalled? Or any other solutions? I troubleshooted everything I could find already. Latitude 5520. Thank you! This is urgent!
