Strange problem with Dell Latitude

Question

There is a dell 5511 that I think because of a sata to 3.5 hard drive adapter to usb it got confused on the video card side I think, do you have any idea on the external monitor it works after 20 sec it goes black after that and then comes back it stays stable for 5 min after the phenomenon appears, on win it stays black screen it is only visible on the external screen, and when you enter the bios, when you enter the bios 1 min. external monitor when on the laptop monitor, do you have any idea how to solve it without changing the motherboard?

I mention that everything works perfectly on the display adapter driver, I have an image on the laptop monitor, but everything goes crazy when it goes on the active Intel UHD graphics driver.

Does the screen pass the diagnostics?  Hold D through powerup to initiate.

@ejn63​ Yes, I tested everything that could be tested with the diagnostic tool and everything passed.
