Pair Dell KM7321W Keyboard to Dell Universal Receiver

Hello!  I have a Dell KM7321W keyboard that does not have the matching receiver.  However, I do have a Dell Universal receiver.  While I can pair the keyboard using Bluetooth, I would prefer to use the receiver.  Everything I've found online shows how to pair the keyboard to the receiver it came with (Which I can't do because it's been lost) or how to pair the keyboard using Bluetooth (Which I am trying to avoid).  I've found some instructions online for pairing the keyboard to a Dell Universal receiver, but those instructions either cover the process for using the receiver that came with the keyboard or just don't work.

How can I pair a Dell KM7321W keyboard to a Dell Universal receiver that did NOT come with the keyboard?
