No popup for selecting headphone/headset with Dell Optimizer 6
When our users plugin a headset into their laptop a popup used to appear where they could select if it was a headphone or a headset, so the laptop internal mic or the headset mic was used. This is no longer true with Dell Optimizer 6, which was automatically updated. This issue is causing trouble in our Microsoft Teams calls.
As a temporary workaround we are installing Dell Optimizer 4.2 on affected laptops but I guess they will eventually be auto-updated anyway.
How can we select the correct device type without having to revert to Dell Optimizer 4.2?

Go into sound settings and choose input.
