Latitude7350 dock scaling issue

We have 65 Latitude 7350's, all laptops are set at 150% scale and all monitors are set at 100%.  All laptops hooked to Dell WD22TB4 docks with Samsung monitors.  We have recently started seeing an issue where some users intermittently connect to the dock and it shows all apps larger than normal.  Seems like it's not scaling properly when swapping to a dock.  Windows settings say the monitors are set to 100%.  Sometimes I can make the issue go away by swapping their dock out.  All updates applied form within Dell Command Update as well, including dock software updates.

Any ideas of other things to try or places to look to fix this issue?
