Latitude E6410 Not Turning on

My Latitude E6410 is not turning on. My battery died a long time ago so I just I use it directly on AC power, so when I plug it in, it turns on and the fan spins about 2-3seconds and the whole thing goes off even if I press the power button it doesn't turn on. When the CMOS battery is in,if I got lucky that time that it powers on, it does the same thing until I reset the cmos. And when I power it off after using it with the cmos in, it makes a weird whining noise and then after some seconds It powers on by itself and then it does this repeatedly until I unplug from the ac adapter and remove the cmos battery in order for it tu turn on again next time.I've replaced the cmos battery 2 time but no change.

I tried changing my HDD my Ram Modules but the problem still persists. Backthen when It starts doing this,i would leave for about a week or two then it would turn on. So help me please this is so frustrating. I'm Using a 20V 3.25A Lenovo charger and my OG charger was 65W 3.34A,and ofcourse it's the one I've been using for the past 3 months since I lost my OG Charger.

Oh and the other thing I lost my charger earlier last year and since I had this Lenovo charger lying around,I changed the pin since the pin was too big and I added the right one for my PC. So I'm not sure if it's The Processor or charger or Motherboard.

It would be a good idea to test with an intact Del  power adapter, rather than a hacked one.  That said, it's likely a new adapter will cost about what the system is worth, so it's your call -- your system is worth perhaps $30-40 in total.

@ejn63 So The problem might be with my Power adapter not the motherboard or Processor right?

You won't know until you replace the adapter.  Check EBay - complete used systems sell for about $30-40.

@ejn63 Okay dude thanks. I will Start with replacing my AC Adapter and if it doesn't work out, then I will go for a new one and probably a better one with perfect specs since this one is Intel core i5-560m typically a mobile processor and it's first gen.i would rather have atleast 7th gen i7 or i5 since apps nowadays are poorly optimized 😐.

Well I will suggest you to check your power adapter if it is faulty then I will suggest you to buy a new one for your system.
